Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

SwipeMill ("SwipeMill", "we", "us") makes TikTok slideshows for apps at swipemill.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the SwipeMill service, including access through MCP. If you have questions, email support@swipemill.com.

What we collect

Account details

You sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID with us. We never see your Google password.

Billing details

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, its status and billing dates. We never see or store your full card number.

Your apps and content

The app links you add, the public store or website information behind them, the niche research and playbooks we create, generated slideshows, images, captions and hashtags, and any edits, approvals or settings you make.

Connected accounts

If you connect a scheduling service such as Post Bridge or Postiz, we store what we need to post through it, such as access keys, account IDs and the names of your TikTok accounts, and the results of each post.

Usage and device information

Your IP address and browser details when you sign in (to keep your session secure), pages you visit and how you arrived (through our analytics), and technical details when something breaks (through our error monitoring).

How we use it

  • To run SwipeMill: research your niche, write and render slideshows, and post them.
  • To manage your subscription, plan limits and billing.
  • To answer support requests and send messages about your account or the service.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

AI processing

SwipeMill uses third-party AI models to research, write and create images. To do that, we send them information about your app, your niche, your playbook and your instructions. We don't send your payment details or Google credentials. These providers process the data to return results and handle it under their own terms.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run SwipeMill:

  • Google for sign-in.
  • Stripe for checkout, payments, tax and receipts. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
  • Hosting, storage and database providers that run our servers and store our data.
  • AI model providers for research, writing and images.
  • Analytics and error monitoring providers that help us understand how the site is used and fix problems.
  • Scheduling services and TikTok when you connect them. Slideshows we post for you become public on TikTok under your account.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or similar business transfer, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, which the service needs to work. Our analytics uses first-party cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you won't be able to sign in.

Where your data is stored

Our providers store and process data in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from where you live. We rely on our providers' safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except billing and tax records we must keep by law. Removed data may stay in backups for a short time before they expire. Content already posted to TikTok stays there until you delete it from TikTok.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to or limit how we use it. Email support@swipemill.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can cancel your subscription any time from your billing page.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, and we process your information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and to comply with the law. If you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA, and we don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

SwipeMill is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email support@swipemill.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
