Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SwipeMill ("SwipeMill", "we", "us") for using swipemill.com and the SwipeMill service, including access through MCP. By creating an account or using SwipeMill, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use SwipeMill. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use SwipeMill

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use SwipeMill for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

2. The service

SwipeMill researches TikTok slideshows that perform in your niche, writes a playbook for your app, creates new slideshows and, if you connect a scheduling service, posts them to TikTok for you. We keep improving SwipeMill, so features may change, and we may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because you're responsible for everything that happens under your SwipeMill account. Tell us at support@swipemill.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • SwipeMill is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. There is no free plan or free trial.
  • Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. Stripe's terms also apply to your payment.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Each plan includes a monthly number of slideshows. A new slideshow or a full regeneration uses one; editing text does not. Unused slideshows don't roll over. When you run out, we stop making new ones until your allowance resets, and slideshows already scheduled still post.
  • You can cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for partly used periods.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's resolved. We may change our prices, and we'll tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.

5. Your content

"Your content" means what you give us (app links, descriptions, images, instructions and edits) and the slideshows, captions and other output SwipeMill makes for you. As between you and us, you own your content, and you may use it however you like.

You give us permission to host, copy, process, modify and publish your content only as needed to run SwipeMill for you, including sending it to our AI and posting providers and posting it to your connected accounts.

You confirm you have the rights to promote the apps you add and to give us any material you provide, and that your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

6. Posting to TikTok

By default, slideshows post unless you reject them. You can turn on approve first so nothing posts until you say yes. Either way, you're responsible for what's posted to your accounts. Review slideshows before they go out.

You must follow TikTok's terms and community guidelines, and any advertising and disclosure rules that apply to promoting your app. TikTok, Post Bridge, Postiz and other connected services are run by third parties with their own terms and pricing. We aren't responsible for their availability, for posts they fail to publish, or for actions they take on your accounts, such as limiting reach or suspending an account.

7. AI-generated output

SwipeMill uses AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content made for other people, and it may not be protected by copyright. Check facts and claims before you post. We don't promise any particular results, such as views, followers, installs or revenue.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use SwipeMill to:

  • Create or post content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual or harmful.
  • Infringe someone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Make false or misleading claims about any product, health, money or results.
  • Spam, manipulate engagement or break the rules of any platform you post to.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with SwipeMill, or get around plan limits or security.
  • Resell or share access to SwipeMill without our written permission.

9. Our property

SwipeMill, including its software, design, playbook methods and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SwipeMill while your subscription is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using SwipeMill and cancel any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts SwipeMill or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid period. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 11 to 14 continue after your account ends.

11. Australian Consumer Law

If you're a consumer, our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and similar laws in other countries that can't be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

12. Disclaimers

Subject to section 11, SwipeMill is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make any other promises or warranties, including that SwipeMill will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 11 and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to SwipeMill is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, you'll cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others about your content, the apps you promote or your breach of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using SwipeMill after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, cancel before they take effect.

16. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales and the federal courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting rights you have under the laws where you live. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of SwipeMill. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about SwipeMill.
